I designed a large woodcut illustration for Ben Law's book 'Woodland Craft', you can read more about the project here.
I was commissioned by Jon Hill, Creative Director of The Telegraph, to redraw the newspaper's crest for the 160th anniversary re-design of the paper. The new crest appears in the newspaper every day, on the editorial/letters page.
Images for events, branding and packaging . . .
The London Conchord Ensemble commissioned a linocut for their Summer Music Festival programme, you can read more about this commission here.
Commissioned prints . . .
'Simple pleasures' and 'Watching the ducks' are two designs based on original prints that I was commissioned to make as 'portraits' of private gardens. The clients agreed that I could use the designs for greetings cards. A one-off print is a labour intensive project, so this makes the print much more affordable. Please contact me if you are interested in discussing a commissioned print. Other projects include packaging, book jackets, garden plans and editorial illustrations. I am happy to work with design companies and publishers to create illustrations or images for your project and supply the required digital files. If you would like to discuss a new project, please contact me.
